1. Acceptable Use

2. Payments & Refunds

   Tuition is listed in CAD. Refund eligibility depends on cohort start dates; contact [email protected].

   1. Billing: By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full tuition or installments.
   2. Installments: If offered, missed payments may result in course access suspension after a 5-day grace period.
   3. Refund window:
      1. 100% refund if requested at least 7 days prior to the published cohort start date.
      2. 50% refund if requested from 6 to 1 day prior to the cohort start date.
      3. No refund on/after the cohort start date, except where required by law.
   4. Chargebacks: Contact us first to resolve disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collections and account closure.
   5. Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., HST/GST/QST), which will be added at checkout.
   6. Scholarships/discounts: Cannot be combined unless expressly stated in writing.
   7. Receipts: You will receive an emailed receipt upon successful payment to your registered address.

3. Intellectual Property

   Course materials are licensed for enrolled students. Your portfolio work remains yours.

   1. License to students: Non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use course content strictly for personal education.
   2. Restrictions: Do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission.
   3. Your submissions: You retain rights to your projects and portfolio artifacts.
   4. Limited license to us: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase your submitted work for educational or promotional purposes, where you have opted-in.
   5. Third-party materials: Some resources may be subject to third-party licenses; you must comply with those terms.

4. Disclaimers

   We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee employment outcomes.

   1. No warranty: Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
   2. Outcomes: We do not guarantee job placement, salary increases, or specific professional results.
   3. Service interruptions: We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or events beyond our control.
   4. Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
